📦 When will my order arrive? Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most furniture pieces arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress.

🚚 Where do you deliver? At this time, Dunkuni ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping for our furniture collections is not yet available, but we may expand our delivery areas in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order? Once your table or furniture piece leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number and link by email. You can use this link at any time to view real-time updates from the courier.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept? We support secure and commonly used payment options in Poland, including:

  • BLIK

  • Visa

  • Mastercard All payments are processed through encrypted systems to keep your information safe.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed? Although we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your furniture hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@dunkuni.com or call +49 176 855 833 41 with your order number.

🔁 Can I return my order? Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the item so we can assist you.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? If your furniture arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@dunkuni.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.

🪑 Do the living room and dining tables require assembly? Most of our dining and living room tables are designed for easy home assembly. We provide all necessary hardware and clear, step-by-step instructions in the package. If a product is delivered fully assembled, this will be noted in the product description.

🧼 How do I care for my table? Our tables are crafted for daily life. We recommend using coasters and placemats to protect the surface from heat and moisture. For regular cleaning, wiping with a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the finish.
